Born in Patna, her father Sri. B. P. Pandey wanted her to be an officer. After intermediate, she got married and naturally, responsibilities got piled up.
Still, her deep interest in Sanskrit since her very childhood motivated to do a PhD. However, her dream was to become a doctor and render services to the society. So, she enrolled in homeopathy system and even served people in Nawada for free. Coming back in Patna in 2003, she experimented something which was entirely new for the then Bihar. Not only, she became pioneer of opening up Beauty-Cum Salon but also trained many women for free to make them self-dependent and she is so happy that among them are now owners of their own parlous. She even worked for people in slum areas.
A turning point came in her life when her aerobatics teacher Mr. Sonu Rai suggested her to take part in Mrs. India Contest. Though initially, she took it candidly but her husband was the person who told her to just go for it. She succeeded in making it to top 10. Shoe's judge Bollywood actor Aman Verma himself showered praises for her. She didn't stop here and not only represented India in Mrs. Asia Universal but also grabbed the title. Recently, she has been chosen as the Brand Ambassador of Corporate Cricket League She says it is very happening to see such stuff in Bihar which didn't use to happen especially in our state. Cricketaniment and the inherent aim of "Say No to Dowry and Say No to Drugs" attracted her the most to be a part of it. A good news is that she is going to start an institute for grooming models here. She sees fashion as an integral part of one's personality. She still likes to read novels especially of Munsi Premchand. She has been offered major roles in T. V serials but as for now she is keen only on doing constructive work in fields of fashion and social services. According to her, her husband has been her greatest support and she urges all families to support the dreams of females so that they can create histories.Now she is running her own beauty salon with beauty clinic......she is a renowned bridal make up artist also.
